The unit provides all of the comforts of home, including a fully kitchen with appliances, rustic farm house dining table with 6 ladder-back chairs, living room with large flat screen TV, Sleeper sofa, & gas log iron stove and hardwood floors. The private bedroom provides a king size bed with 100% cotton heirloom style quilt. The adjacent bath is spacious and offers the ultimate in relaxation with a 2 person jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower unit. Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests when utilizing the provided roll-away bed. Pet friendly!

Cancellation Policy:
Dear friends, we are a small inn and every room we book helps us to pay our mortgage and keep food on our table. Unlike the large corporate hotels, we are unable to allow cancellations within 30 days of your reservation. If you find you will not be able to occupy your room for the dates you have reserved, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to rebook your room. Although you are responsible for any dates you have booked, there will be no charge for any nights that we are able to rebook. Thank you for your understanding.
